Please allow 5-25 days for your order to be fulfilled. Some  products may ship later than others but it is worth the wait. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address from where you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When are you open?

We are open Monday – Friday from 10am-7pm. All orders placed beyond this time frame will be fulfilled on the following business day.

What is your return policy?

You can return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise at by mail. Returns made within 7 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment or exchanged. Any other inquiries made beyond 7 days of the order shipment date will not be eligible for an exchange.

Can I change my order?

We start working on your order as we receive it, so we are not able to make alterations or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed. Unless it has been placed beyond business hours, there is nothing we can do. There are very few times where this is possible so please make sure to double check before placing an order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most payments through Paypal. Fortunately, you do not need a Paypal account, guest checkout is enabled. Credit, Debit, and Gift cards are accepted.

Yes, though the shipping costs may vary. You will be notified at checkout.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, you can track your order if it is being delivered the United States. International order tracking is not guaranteed. Your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been shipped. You can also check your account page.
